• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 5–8 business days — FREE on orders $50+, $4.99 under
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $12.99
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $24.99

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every Dark Horse product. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• To start a return, email us at sales@darkhorsecarcare.com with your order number
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at sales@darkhorsecarcare.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.
